European Structural Funds for small business
„Financial Times“ has published the article Banks ‘failing to give credit where it’s due’ where the problem of bank lending to start-ups or small businesses is covered. According to it, the main difficulties the new entrepreneurs face with when they need a bank credit is demand of personal guarantees, banks’ blanket approach and failure to research the business model of individual companies. What is more banks also often fail to accommodate companies with high growth plans, the value of a business is estimated according the time it has been operating.
